In the instance that we are talking about last time a doctor should be able to have hope that if he/she learned all of the various aspects and tools of how increase this one aspect of their practice then their production and profit would increase without having to increase any aspect of their budget or overhead. You should read that last sentence over again. The fact that you can increase production and profit without touching budget and overhead should get some of you full of hope but it should also get you excited and motivated to learn how to increase direct referrals in your office

I know you get tired of hearing me talk about systems but I will tell you again that when you MASTER the details within a proven system then these are the predictable results that the RIGHT system will produce. However, most of the readers don’t even understand the formula or statistics I shared in this post much less understand the tools within a system that would produce such results. This is what I’m talking about when I speak about stress free referral practices. A stress free referral practice will produce a predictable result without you having to sell chiropractic or yourself to anyone. Don’t you get tired of selling chiropractic? Why wouldn’t you learn how to recommend the best, expect the best and then let the chips fall where they may? When the right system is in place then most of the stresses of the daily grind are removed. If you don’t have this type of practice then at least come share a day with me sometime at an AMC meeting. We will break it down in a way that it makes common sense. My mission in life is to help get sick people well and we are do able to do that by reaching 100′s of thousands of lives through insuring the quality of care and the effectiveness of the practice increases. Referrals are just a part of the system or picture when you handle it systematically.

I am humbled to serve this great profession. I will look forward to talking to you next time. Until then– Are your referrals where they need to be? If not then will you at least make an effort to gain the knowledge that will fix that issue?
